- Casamaud ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties imposed by your country. These fees are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances:
- While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be delays due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs processing for international orders, or shipping carrier delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Casamaud is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support at shipping@casamaud.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, Casamaud will not be responsible for misplaced or returned packages. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship items.
