    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • With all original tags attached.
    • In the original packaging, including any dust bags, boxes, or other accompanying items.

2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal items such as undergarments, swimwear, and earrings for hygiene reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Returns: For domestic orders, Casamaud will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect. If you are returning the item for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
